Claims/Member Support Rep

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote) - by McCormick Ranch area

Salary: $53,000 annually

Duration: Direct Placement - no contract period

• Serve as a trusted first point of contact
• Deliver exceptional white-glove service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Accurately document conversations and complete follow-up activities.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing member interactions.
• Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Adapt to evolving processes, procedures, and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders to ensure outstanding member outcomes.

Initial training schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Post-training schedule may include shifts as late as 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (may be required to work 1 Saturday every other month depending on business needs)

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
