Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep (Remote Work from Home)

This remote call center role supports patients and pharmacies managing prescription assistance programs. The representative handles card activation, program eligibility questions, and troubleshooting for payment solutions. Requires pharmacy technician credentials, HIPAA certification, and 3+ years of call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests via phone, email, fax regarding payment assistance programs
• Activate co-pay cards, verify program eligibility, explain benefits to patients and pharmacies
• Troubleshoot and resolve submission rejections and cardholding issues
• Document resolution information and escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments
• Suggest operational improvements to management based on customer interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy technician experience
• HIPAA certification
• Call center experience, 3+ years preferred
• Medical claim processing experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability (preferred)

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
