Work from Home - Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (10a-7p ET) - National

This remote call center position supports patients and healthcare providers with pharmacy assistance programs, handling card activation, eligibility verification, and claim troubleshooting. The role requires pharmacy technician certification, HIPAA compliance, and 3+ years of call center experience. Candidates work 40 hours weekly on flexible shifts (8am–8pm ET) at $18.00 per hour, with potential conversion to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer support requests via phone, email, fax for payment assistance programs
Activate co-pay cards and vouchers; verify program eligibility for patients
Troubleshoot claim submission rejections and explain program benefits
Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy technician experience required
HIPAA certification
Call center experience of 3+ years preferred
Medical claim processing experience a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency a plus

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
