Seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant located within a luxury resort. Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with a passion for exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Proven ability to manage daily operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, staffing, and service execution
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold fine dining service standards
Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
