Medical Secretary At Wilmington Pediatrics

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, including every third Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
As a Medical Secretary at Wilmington Pediatrics, you will be responsible for performing a variety of office duties including answering all incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, acknowledging patients, and collecting co-payments and interacting with patients, families, physicians and coworkers in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements:
High School diploma
1 year of administrative experience

Pay Range:
$20.00 - $26.92
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
