Role Description This is a full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI models and systems that align with StatusNeo’s AuthenticAI™ and Decision Fabric principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training models for pattern recognition, NLP, and other use cases, integrating neural network architectures into production-grade software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions. The role involves working closely with data engineers and product teams to define requirements, optimize model performance, implement MLOps best practices, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. The engineer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI-native engineering practices. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and evaluating deep learning models. Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling. Proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, MLflow or similar). Hands-on experience deploying AI models into production (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with MLOps practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and secure software development workflows. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
