Restaurant Assistant Manager

Condado: Assistant Manager Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary with bonus potential. Condado Tacos is looking for Assistant General Managers who are expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven. Leading your restaurant as if it was your own. Knowing how to read and impact restaurant financials. Continuously promoting positive Condado company culture with our teammates and guests. Passion for the industry, including the highest standards for service and guest interaction. Focusing on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily. Ensuring that every item that is delivered to the guest meets the highest standards of quality and presentation set by Condado. We take pride and care in all food presented to our guests. Constant awareness of the feel and vibe in the restaurant and setting the standard for the rest of the staff in their location. Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with our Catering and Marketing departments.
