Remote ServiceNow Developer

Job Description An employer is looking for a remote ServiceNow Developer. Collaborate in an Agile/ITIL environment to design, build, and support JavaScript‑based solutions, with a strong focus on ServiceNow development. Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine stories, document technical designs, and track code changes through delivery. Build and enhance scoped applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices, while solving complex problems independently and communicating progress clearly across technical and non‑technical teams. Skills and Requirements Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Javascript, including server-side and client-side scripting Experience working in ITIL/Agile environment Experience with technical documentation, story refinement, and tracking coded changes Strong Problem‑Solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities in an Agile development and able to operate independently 3+ years ServiceNow experience ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer Proficiency in ServiceNow Glide API’s and infrastructure Experience building scoped applications, creating design documents for data models and process flows, service portals, and general user experience Experience building custom workflows in Flow Designer for approvals and business process automation Strong grasp of ServiceNow’s ITSM, SPM, and CMDB processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
