ATF Developer - all of the above plus ATF 1. Must have a strong CSM and Service Portal skillset
2. ServiceNow Contractor with Specialty experience with Customer Service Mgmt (CSM Module).
3. Experience and knowledge of CSM and how it interacts with platform modules
4. Angular, Javascript
5. CSM
6. CSM Portal ( external and internal)
7. Agent Workspace
8. Major Case
9. Natural Language
10. Customer Mobile
11. Service Catalog/Service Request
