This on-site hospital in Baldwin, Wisconsin provides obstetric and gynecologic services across OR and emergency room settings to the regional patient population. The facility maintains a collaborative care team that includes a CNM, three L&D nurses on at all times, CRNAs, and a board-certified ED physician in house. Established clinical protocols and structured workflows support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour shift assignments across OR and ER settings at an on-site facility in Baldwin, Wisconsin, on a sporadic basis as needed. Clinical responsibilities encompass obstetric and gynecologic care delivered across both OR and emergency room environments, with an average volume of 1-2 deliveries per day. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and continuous availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period.
