This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fermentation studies, sensory evaluations, and maintaining high-quality data integrity. Qualifications and Experience One year experience in fermentation and food microbiology lab. Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with data entry with Excel. Experience with written and verbal communication, such as preparation of reports and presentation of findings. BS in Food Science or related field.
