Minimum Experience/Education - One year experience in fermentation and food microbiology lab. Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food

Department Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education - Demonstrate experience with data entry with Excel. Demonstrate experience with written and verbal communication, such as preparation of reports and presentation of findings. BS in Food Science or related field

Required License or Certification - n/a
