ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER

Job Details Job Location: Ford of Kendall - Miami, FL 33157 Position Summary The Assistant Parts Manager is responsible for assisting in running a profitable and efficient parts department. The Assistant Parts Manager will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising and advertising. Position Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Assist with problem solving Assist in maintaining and scheduling Assist in managing staff and workflow Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Complete special order part request for the customer Communicate with customers on parts status Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry Qualifications Have a High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years experience with an automotive parts department 1-2 years in supervisory position Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Have strong organizational and time management skills Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr Doral Automotive Group
