Job Description

Resicum International, LLC is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Avionics/Electrician personnel to support F-15E aircraft avionics, electrical, wiring, fiber optic, modification, inspection, and maintenance operations.

Aircraft Mechanic II Avionics/Electrician personnel will perform moderate to complex aircraft maintenance and modification tasks and may lead teams through more complex aircraft-related work.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform F-15E avionics and electrical maintenance. 

•Troubleshoot aircraft electrical and avionics discrepancies. 

•Perform aircraft wiring installation, repair, modification, and routing. 

•Manufacture and repair aircraft wire harnesses. 

•Install, clean, inspect, and test aircraft fiber optic cables. 

•Interpret technical orders, drawings, schematics, and technical data. 

•Remove and install aircraft components. 

•Perform aircraft inspections and operational checks as required. 

•Support F-15E modification activities. 

•Use aircraft-specific tools and test equipment. 

•Apply appropriate ESD protection when working with sensitive avionics equipment. 

•Troubleshoot moderate to complex aircraft maintenance problems. 

•Make accurate aircraft maintenance log and record entries. 

•Support Tool Control and FOD prevention procedures. 

•Assist with maintaining aircraft modification schedules. 

•Lead other personnel through complex maintenance tasks when required. 

•Coordinate technical issues with the Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic. 

Specific F-15E Avionics/Fiber Optic Experience — REQUIRED

•Must possess hands-on aircraft avionics/electrical maintenance experience. 

•Must have experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical and avionics systems. 

•Must have experience interpreting aircraft technical publications and schematics. 

•Must have experience performing aircraft wiring maintenance. 

•Must possess or obtain the required qualification for fiber optic installation, cleaning, inspection, and testing. 

•Must be capable of performing work on aircraft fiber optic cables. 

•Must have experience using aircraft-specific tools and test equipment. 

The required fiber-optic qualification applies specifically to Aircraft Mechanic II Avionics/Electrician personnel. 

•SECRET or Interim SECRET security clearance required. 

•Favorably adjudicated background investigation sufficient for required site access. 

•Aircraft Mechanic II-level experience. 

•Aircraft avionics/electrical maintenance experience. 

•Experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical systems. 

•Experience with aircraft wiring and wire harnesses. 

•Fiber optic experience or ability to obtain required qualification. 

•Working knowledge of aircraft technical publications. 

•Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. 

•Ability to prioritize workload and meet assigned schedules. 

•Ability to accurately document aircraft maintenance. 

•Must maintain required qualifications and training.
