ROLE DESCRIPTION
Ashlie Hultman Insurance Agency, Inc is a State Farm agency serving Washington & Idaho community. We are largely known for home & auto insurance with a large, established book of client households - we are expanding our financial service practice to help those clients with the next chapter of their financial lives.RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively reach out to existing State Farm clients to identify financial service needs Present and recommend annuity, life insurance, advisory, and brokerage solutions aligned to client goals Conduct retirement planning conversations with clients approaching or in retirement. Open and manage advisory and brokerage accounts, building a growing passive income stream. Maintain all required FINRA and state licensing and comply with applicable regulations. collaborate with agency team on cross-sell opportunities and client relationship management. Track activity, pipeline, and production in agency CRMQUALIFICATIONS
Series 6 or 7 license and other relevant certifications. Must obtain Life & Health Insurance Licenses Must obtain Property & Casualty Licenses 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or a client-facing sales role. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and identify financial needs. Comfortable with financial planning conversations and retirement product knowledge Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficiency with financial software and tools.
