Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Senior Cost Manager, ANS

Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports. Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options. Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre‑contract and procurement processes. Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions. Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals. Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required. Work onsite at client locations to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. Participate in collaborative activities on brief in‑person visits to support work/life needs. Compensation $140,000 - $165,000 a year Location Onsite at client site; in‑person collaboration required. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying. Proficient in advanced functions in CostX for estimate and bill generation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level. Contact preparation skills. Post‑contract administration skills. Project close‑out skills. Team player with clear verbal and written communication skills. Organized and detail‑oriented. Additional Skills Experience working with data centers or similar mission‑critical projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualifying discipline. MRICS status. Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (e.g., sustainability). Field experience.
