What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care, including circulating and scrubbing during surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-op care in a high-volume operating room setting
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including rotating day/evening shifts and call coverage as needed
• Support unit operations by helping with preparation, cleanup, and equipment management

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in the OR environment
• BCLS certification
• EPIC EMR experience

Preferred:

• Specialized experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, robotics (Da Vinci), oncology
• Circulate and scrub experience in multiple surgical specialties
