Automotive Sales Associate

Florida Fine Cars is hiring Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team across South Florida.

We have been in business over 33 years and we don’t just sell vehicles — we help people drive home happy. With 4 locations across South Florida and a reputation built on trust, quality, and teamwork, we’re looking for passionate people who want to grow with us and build a career they’re proud of.

• Have a lot, a little, or no auto sales experience — we’ll train you!
• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required- We provide Training

KEY RESPONSABILITY

Professionally greet and assist customers throughout the sales process

Develop strong customer relationships based on trust and respect

Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening

Present appropriate vehicle options based on customer requirements

Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value

Conduct professional test drives and vehicle presentations

Respond to customer questions and address concerns effectively

Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers

Utilize CRM and company technology to manage customer interactions

Negotiate professionally and assist customers through the purchasing process

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Follow established company policies, procedures, and sales processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
