Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager - Marketing & Leasing Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr. Must Haves Commercial property management experience (primarily office buildings; open to residential experience as well) Experience processing invoices, lease administration, contract administration, and acting as a tenant liaison Vendor management under guidance of senior staff Strong financial reporting skills (monthly and quarterly), including accounting tasks, CAM reconciliations, and year‑end accounting Proficiency with Yardi, Nexus, or similar platforms Plusses Experience with third‑party property management Exposure to residential property management Advanced knowledge of CAM and reconciliation processes Strong analytical skills for financial and operational reporting Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Administrative, Project Management, and Accounting/Auditing Industries: Real Estate and Office Administration Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
