NEEDED: Medical Assistant
LOCATION: 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Dort Worth, TX 76131
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
OPERATIONAL HOURS: 24 hours a day, five (5) days a week (Mon-Fri), weekends on an as needed basis, weekend coverage may be required for day, evening, and midnight shifts.
QUALIFICATIO NS:
- US Citizen
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
JOB DUTIES:
- Schedule all appointments for medical surveillance and pre/post-employment physicals.
- Shall maintain all files, order supplies and finalize all reports received from the Lead Nurse.
- Work with web-based computer systems, medical software, Occupational Health and Safety software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Prepare medical records for archiving after employee has left the agency.
- Organize all health and wellness events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shall wear professional medical entire at all times while within the facility.
