Handle high volume incoming calls

Schedule New Patient Appointments & Existing Patient Appointments

Schedule Office Procedures

Collect Copays/Deductibles/Coinsurance/Balances

Obtain New Patient Referrals

Complete Prescription Authorizations

Refill Medications

Complete patient referrals for therapy, imaging, and other services as required

Room Patients, complete vitals and document EMR (E-Clinical Works)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Medical Assistant training (Preferred )

Experience:

Medical Office Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Vital Signs Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

EMR Systems: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
