We are seeking an innovative Clinical Operations Manager to partner with the Director of Respiratory Care to lead a team of skilled respiratory therapists. This role is ideal for a respiratory leader who enjoys collaborating with physicians, developing staff, leading quality initiatives, and helping build the future of respiratory services.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include:- Partner with the respiratory leadership team to drive operational and clinical growth- Lead departmental quality improvement projects- Oversee CLIA and CAP compliance for the blood gas laboratory, ensuring regulatory readiness- Coach, mentor, and develop respiratory therapists while fostering a culture of accountability- Represent respiratory care on hospital committees and interdisciplinary workgroups- Assist with departmental budgeting, productivity, and new equipment evaluation- Review and create hospital policies in accordance with accreditation requirements.Qualifications:Minimum requirements:- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy; NBRC certification; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certified; and current Georgia licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional.Preferred Qualifications:- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)- Current state respiratory care license- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred- Leadership experience in an acute care hospital- Experience with CLIA and CAP accreditation- NICU or critical care leadership experience preferredThis position offers the opportunity to influence clinical practice, develop future leaders, and make a measurable impact on quality across a growing respiratory department.Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
