Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, typical shifts based on facility needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license, valid in Illinois (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Advanced clinical skills in assessment, care planning, and patient advocacy
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (ACLS, NIHSS) a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to work in new clinical environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-focused care to a variety of adult med-surg patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care
