Customer Service Specialist

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Payment Processing) Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6+ months then permanent) Compensation: $21 - 23/hr. USD Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Location: Lake Oswego, OR (fully onsite) LHH has partnered with a company based in Lake Oswego, OR, that is looking for an experienced customer service professional. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers. Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research. Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients. Offer accounting support to various departments. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, office administration or bank teller experience. Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology. Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment. Proficiency in sending professional emails. Benefits: Benefits vary depending on employer.
