Description - Your Impact Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex analyses in clinical laboratory practices-including chemistry and hematology-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in sample collection and preparation for analysis when required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, play a key role in training new staff or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure the laboratory maintains a safe and tidy environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health credential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
