Senior Property Manager, LIHTC Multi-Family Growth Leader

Velair Property Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee two LIHTC residential communities in Hugo, MN. You will drive occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across on-site teams while ensuring compliance with LIHTC rules and housing regulations. Responsibilities include leasing strategy, NOI optimization, and mentorship of staff.
