Position Overview:

As a Lube & Tire Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently—while building the foundation for your career as a technician. You won't be stuck doing the same task every day—we invest in your development and provide opportunities to learn diagnostics, expand your technical skillset, and move into higher-level repair work.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential issues
• Support senior technicians with more advanced repairs as your skills grow
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety
• Continue developing technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training

• You have 1+ years of automotive or lube technician experience (preferred)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
