Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Operations Senior Financial Analyst at Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is full‑time and will work 8‑hour day shifts. Under the general supervision of the PCSTMC CFO, the analyst is responsible for financial and business analyses including developing budgets, monitoring and facilitating expenditures, and financial reporting. The role requires interpreting and administering a variety of financial and non‑financial information to determine compliance requirements, allowable expenditures, payment provisions, and reporting requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or another relevant field. California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire. Three years of related experience in research institutes, hospitals, medical centers, non‑profits, local or state governments, or similar organizations. Pay Range The base salary for this position ranges from $44.35 to $68.86 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
