ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Liza Faress State Farm Agency , you'll play a key role in keeping our business moving every day-and helping our customers thrive. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships, serve as the trusted link between customer needs and our internal teams, and proactively identify opportunities to match customers with the right products and services.

In this role, you'll also focus on sales by identifying opportunities, presenting relevant solutions, and converting conversations into strong outcomes for both our customers and our office. Your work directly improves lives, strengthens our presence, and fuels ongoing success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Identify sales opportunities within new and existing accounts and recommend relevant products and services to help customers get the coverage they need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Property & Casualty licenses required
• Life & Health licenses preferred

Compensation: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
