The Team You Will Be Joining

Join a growing manufacturing and franchise-supported organization with a national footprint and a portfolio of well-established consumer and commercial brands.
Report directly to an accomplished CFO and serve as a key member of the leadership team.
Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Leadership, and Franchise Administration to influence business performance and strategic decision-making.
Lead a team spanning Accounting, Supply Chain, Franchise Administration, and Business Systems functions.
Work within a highly collaborative environment where Finance is viewed as a strategic business partner rather than a back-office function.
Gain visibility across multiple business units, entities, and operational functions.

Why This Role Is Important

Serve as the senior finance leader responsible for the financial health and operational performance of a complex multi-entity business.
Own the monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
Deliver meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Drive accountability around KPIs, inventory performance, working capital, and margin improvement.
Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting capabilities to support future scalability.
Act as a critical bridge between Finance and Operations, ensuring business decisions are supported by accurate financial data and analysis.

The Background That Fits

7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller, Assistant Controller, Finance Director, or similar roles.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, franchise, or multi-entity environments.
Strong background leading financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and translate financial data into business insights.
Experience managing teams and developing finance and accounting talent.
CPA preferred, with strong ERP systems experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
Background in inventory accounting, standard costing, operational finance, or KPI-driven environments highly valued.
