Laser Operator
Pay Range: $25/hour *based on experience.
1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime as needed.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Laser Operator for our client to start as soon as possible at $25/hr *based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Essential Functions:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work procedures.
- Ability to produce quality parts that meet company/customer specifications
- Record daily production and scrap in ERP system.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings.
- Ability to follow daily schedules and meet production goals.
- Follow industry and company policies, procedures and safety standards at all times.
- Effectively communicates any issues affecting production to the team lead or supervisor
- Perform physical activities include lifting, stooping, twisting and bending on a regular basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform adjustments on laser as needed.
- Perform required preventative maintenance.
- Have strong math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Possess mechanical aptitude required for assisting in tool replacements
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Have basic computer skills
- Have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Able to communicate well with others.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Great attention to detail.
- Great Attitude, Energy, Effort, and Attendance
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1-3 Years’ Laser experience in a manufacturing company.
