Competitive pay: $40–$45/hour $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Affordable health insurance Paid time off Life insurance Overtime opportunities Consistent full-time schedule Supportive leadership and team environment 4-on / 2-off rotation schedule The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds a current California LVN license Has current BLS/CPR certification or can obtain it during orientation Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Communicates well with residents, families, physicians, and team members Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills Has a genuine passion for patient advocacy and resident care Responsibilities Include Providing nursing care within LVN scope of practice Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes Supporting CNAs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Participating in infection control and quality improvement programs Conducting patient and family education Carrying out physician orders in accordance with state regulations Qualifications Current California LVN license required BLS/CPR certification preferred Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required > Skilled Nursing Facility Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Center Geriatric Care Apply Today We are excited to continue building a strong nursing team and would love for you to be part of it.
