This candidate has strong business and strategic judgement and can lead multiple integration efforts simultaneously while ensuring that deal value drivers are met. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in M&A integration and a proven track record of success. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. If you are a results-oriented leader who has a strategic mindset and is eager to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance managementSet integration strategy aligning the acquisition thesis, value drivers, and operational prioritiesPartner with business and functional stakeholders and teams to develop value realization and operational integration plans and lead execution managementEstablish governance to ensure effective planning and execution of the integration program including the ability to influence without direct authorityOversee integration cost developmentMonitor and ensure day to day delivery of key strategic and financial objectives of acquisitions through the M&A scorecard processContinually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the integration process including playbooks and toolsQualificationsRequirements10+ years leading M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience a plus)Strategic leader who can convert strategy into executable plans that realize valueProven leadership of complex integrations in global and product-led organizationsStrong executive presence and communications with track record of influencing senior executivesCommand of M&A frameworks, processes, and toolsFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $219,600 - $343,150 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
