Key Responsibilities: Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the onboarding process. Manage student curriculum and update progress in the center system. Provide coaching to instructional staff and help improve team performance. Qualifications (Skills & Traits for Success): Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management. Passion for helping others and a genuine curiosity about people.
