Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales Coordinator We are searching for a high‑energy, detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The role involves general office duties, drafting proposals and contracts, entering bookings into the property management system, maintaining customer and company profiles, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner. Answer client/booker questions about property facilities/services. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate via phone and email. Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details, and coordinate with clients and suppliers. Gather materials and assemble information packages. Manage and maintain sales manager schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information. Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments. Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings when needed. Perform hotel site tours with potential clients. Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications. Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales or leadership team. Qualifications A post‑secondary diploma or degree related to the profession; 2+ years experience in a comparable position or equivalent education and experience. Strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Detail‑oriented and accurate. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and be goal‑oriented. Strong interpersonal and guest‑service skills with a friendly, helpful personality. Team player willing to assist colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to accommodate a 24‑hour operation and varying schedule.
