Manager, Field Education & Sales Enablement (Spine) - Core & Enabling Technologies

DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager to lead field education and sales enablement programs for its Spine portfolio. This role designs and delivers training on spine procedures, core products, and enabling technologies to internal sales teams, clinical specialists, and distributors across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute global education programs aligned with commercial and product strategies
- Deliver hands-on training on spine anatomy, procedures, and enabling technologies to field sales and clinical teams
- Assess learner competency, maintain records, and provide certification sign-off for field members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop personalized learning pathways and sales readiness programs
- Oversee training logistics, equipment readiness, and execution standards for educational events
Requirements
- Expertise in spine procedures, anatomy, and DePuy Synthes Spine portfolio knowledge
- Experience designing and delivering clinical and non-clinical training programs
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and competency assessment methods
- Ability to develop training curricula aligned with commercial and regulatory standards
- Experience with hands-on training delivery in clinical settings or lab environments
