What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cook, you'll play a key role in creating fresh, high-quality food for Delta Sky Club guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing hot and cold food items according to recipes and standards.
- Supporting buffet service and high-volume meal periods.
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keeping workstations organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Collaborating with kitchen team members to ensure a smooth operation.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of professional cooking experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience in hotels, catering, airport lounges, restaurants, banquet operations, healthcare, or private clubs is highly valued.
- Dependable team players who take pride in their craft.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative kitchen environment.
Important Requirements:
- Selected candidates must be able to:
- Pass a TSA background investigation.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Obtain airport security clearance.
