As a Business Development Manager within PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Little Falls, NJ. Job Description Focuses on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions, growing sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Typically works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, often under higher degree of supervision. Responsibilities include: Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients. Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being. Increase client engagement and loyalty. Build effective internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones. Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients. Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Experience: 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
