We currently have 11 offices in Florida and 4 additional offices in Freehold, Princeton, Brick, and Shrewsbury. We are seeking a Full‑time Infusion RN for our Delray Beach Infusion Center. Position Overview Infusion Registered Nurse Responsibilities The RN reports to the Nursing Manager and provides clinical services, ensuring quality and adequacy of services. Administers clinical care, prepares progress notes and summaries of care, and informs the Nursing Manager, physician, and other personnel of changes in the client’s condition. Supervises staff as required. Maintains reliable transportation. Requirements Current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of hire (Florida or New Jersey). Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) and graduation from an accredited program. Minimum of five years documented nursing experience; 3 to 5 years clinical experience, with 2 years in infusion care preferred. Excellent nursing assessment skills. Compliance with professional standards of practice. Excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical/critical thinker. Expert IV skills, including starting IV lines on difficult patients. Pediatric experience is a plus. Port access experience. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact tactfully with clients, staff, and the community. Show courtesy, respect, and present a positive public image to clients, staff, and the public. Understanding of regulatory compliance, including OSHA and HIPAA. Experience with potential exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM). Physical Requirements The RN must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull, and lift up to 30 pounds. Varied assistance may be required depending on the client’s ability.
