Savannah Toyota is looking for a bilingual leader to help build Savannah Toyota en Español - a new dealership-wide initiative focused on providing an exceptional experience for our Spanish-speaking guests while becoming more involved in and giving back to Savannah's Spanish-speaking community.

This is not a translator or traditional automotive sales position. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

Our goal is simple: Spanish-speaking guests should receive the same level of communication, care, and attention as every other Savannah Toyota guest - from their first phone call through purchasing, financing, service, and their entire ownership experience.

Just as importantly, we want to show up, listen, get involved, give back, and become a genuine long-term community partner.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Working directly with the General Manager and leadership team, you'll:

• Build and improve the Spanish-speaking customer experience across the dealership.
• Identify language and communication barriers and develop long-term solutions.
• Build genuine relationships throughout Savannah's Spanish-speaking community and identify meaningful ways for Savannah Toyota and our associates to get involved, give back, and support local organizations and causes.
• Help recruit and develop bilingual associates throughout the dealership.
• Work with our Social Media Specialist and marketing partners to create authentic Spanish-language content and highlight local people, organizations, events, and causes.
• Listen to our customers and community, measure progress, and continually improve Savannah Toyota en Español.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Passionate about helping people and serving the community.

· A natural relationship builder who is comfortable representing Savannah Toyota.

· Connected within Savannah's Spanish-speaking community - or capable of building those relationships.

· Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited about creating something new.

· Organized and able to turn ideas into programs and processes.

· Comfortable with social media, digital communication, video, and public speaking.

· Available for occasional evening and weekend community events.

Automotive experience is welcome, but it isn't required.

Your background could be in community outreach, nonprofit work, hospitality, marketing, public relations, business development, banking, recruiting, leadership, automotive - or something completely different.

What matters most is your ability to build relationships, earn trust, lead an initiative, and turn a vision into something real.

An Opportunity to Build Something

You won't be stepping into an established program - you'll help create it.

And while you'll provide Spanish-language assistance when needed, we aren't hiring you to spend your day translating. You'll help us build bilingual capabilities throughout Savannah Toyota so our guests aren't dependent on one person.
