**Thrive Senior Living** is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and highly organized **Community Relations Coordinator** to join our Marketing & Sales team. This position is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and helping seniors and their families discover the benefits of senior living.

The Community Relations Coordinator serves as an important ambassador for the community and works closely with the sales and marketing team to generate interest, nurture relationships, coordinate events, and create a welcoming experience for prospective residents, families, and professional referral partners.

### Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a warm, professional, and enthusiastic representative of Thrive Senior Living.
* Assist the Marketing & Sales team with daily sales and marketing activities.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and members of the local community.
* Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents and families.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating tours, appointments, events, and follow-up activities.
* Help plan and execute community events, open houses, networking events, luncheons, and other marketing initiatives.
* Participate in community outreach and networking activities to increase awareness of Thrive Senior Living.
* Assist with maintaining relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians' offices, senior organizations, churches, businesses, and other referral sources.
* Help maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, appointments, tours, and follow-up activities.
* Make follow-up calls and communications with prospective residents and families as directed by the sales team.
* Assist with preparing marketing materials, mailings, invitations, newsletters, social media content, and other promotional materials.
* Help ensure the community is tour-ready, welcoming, and reflects the Thrive Senior Living experience.
* Greet prospective residents, families, and visitors with exceptional hospitality.
* Assist with coordinating welcome experiences for new residents and families.
* Support the sales team in achieving occupancy and move-in goals.
* Represent Thrive Senior Living at community events and off-site networking opportunities.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

* Professional, dependable, and positive.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, social media, and basic computer applications.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, customer service, or community relations is preferred.
