Job Title: Contractor, Receptionist & Facilities Support Location: Florham Park, NJ Type: Contract Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, guests, vendors, and HR candidates at the front desk.
• Check in guests using Envoy and direct HR candidates to appropriate meeting rooms or locations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Answer incoming calls, check messages, and communicate facility-related issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Accept and sign for incoming packages and deliveries; assist with their distribution.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and manage outgoing mail.
• Assist with payroll and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
• Monitor the Facilities email inbox.
• Maintain coffee machines, restock kitchen pantry items, and assist with ordering workplace supplies.
• Help with Bagel Wednesdays and support set-up and breakdown for company and employee events.

Requirements

• Excellent front desk and guest service skills.
• Familiarity with Envoy or similar check-in systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and assist with office supplies.
• Previous experience in facilities or workplace support is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite and lift light packages or supplies as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
