Corbu’s Pizza ETC. is seeking experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team.

Corbu’s blends iconic design with crave-worthy Italian flavor. Inspired by legendary architect Le Corbusier and his belief in beauty with purpose, our restaurant was created to offer an experience that feels thoughtful, distinctive, and approachable.

Our artisan pizzas begin with high-hydration dough that is light, airy, and perfectly crisp, made with non-GMO, organic King Arthur flour and whole milk mozzarella placed beneath the toppings for optimal texture and flavor. The menu extends beyond pizza, with vegetable-forward starters, a standout burger, and Italian-inspired craft cocktails designed for guests who want to relax, connect, and stay a while.

Guests can watch the action unfold in our open kitchen and state-of-the-art electric pizza oven, enjoy our tucked-away patio and glowing fire pit, or experience Corbu’s through dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

We are looking for seasoned restaurant professionals who can provide attentive, confident service in a design-forward neighborhood restaurant. The ideal candidate understands how to create a memorable guest experience, comfortably manage multiple tables, and adapt to fluctuating business levels without allowing service standards to change.

This position is best suited for someone who brings maturity, strong service instincts, schedule flexibility, and a genuine interest in helping Corbu’s continue to grow.

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required
• Multiple years of recent restaurant experience are strongly preferred
• A professional, composed, and approachable presence
• Strong knowledge of proper steps of service and guest hospitality
• Ability to confidently manage multiple tables at one time
• Ability to adjust quickly as the pace and volume of the restaurant change
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• A natural ability to read the table and adapt service to each guest
• Confidence discussing menu items, ingredients, cocktails, and beverage selections
• A proactive service style with careful attention to detail
• Dependability, maturity, and sound judgment
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the entire restaurant
• Flexible availability based on business needs

• Welcome guests warmly and create a professional first impression
• Guide guests through Corbu’s menu, ingredients, and dining experience
• Explain our artisan pizza process and answer menu questions confidently
• Make thoughtful food, cocktail, and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive and personalized service
• Monitor timing, pacing, and guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Anticipate guest needs rather than waiting to be asked
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, host team, and fellow servers
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Process payments and handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly prepared section
• Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing responsibilities
• Follow food safety, responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and company standards
• Support dine-in, takeout, and delivery operations as needed
• Assist fellow team members during shifts with changing business levels
• Represent Corbu’s with professionalism and genuine hospitality

Corbu’s serves guests through dine-in, takeout, and delivery, and business levels may change throughout the week. Applicants must be comfortable working a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant.

Availability may include:

• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Lunch and dinner shifts
• Holidays and special events
• Opening and closing responsibilities
• Additional shifts during high-volume periods
• Adjusted schedules as the restaurant continues to grow

The strongest candidates will be dependable, flexible, and willing to expand their schedules as guest traffic and restaurant needs develop.

• At least two years of recent full-service restaurant serving experience is preferred
• Experience in an elevated-casual, chef-driven, or design-focused restaurant is strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable managing multiple tables and competing priorities
• Must demonstrate strong guest communication and relationship-building skills
• Must remain composed and organized during both quiet and high-volume periods
• Must be able to learn and confidently communicate detailed menu information
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
• Must be able to safely carry trays, plates, glassware, and restaurant supplies
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, when applicable
