You'll Be Eligible For The Following Competitive Pay 401K retirement plans Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Employer-Paid Disability and Life coverage On-Demand Payment (Make any day payday) Tuition Reimbursement Generous Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and oversee the administration of all associated nursing and support staff. Plan, implement and evaluate all nursing services to include associated administrative operations and activities. Review, establish and maintain patient care protocol and standards, ensuring that all federal and state, Armor, and facility policies, regulations, and guidelines for patient care are met. Establish and coordinate quality improvement, safety, and infection control programs Review pharmacy utilization to ensure adherence to the formulary. Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures Design, establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives, recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates professional and contract staff.
