Skillbridge Academy is seeking a polished and highly organized Public Relations Assistant to support our communication and public relations initiatives in Miami.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building professional relationships. The Public Relations Assistant will help coordinate communications, support events and outreach efforts, maintain organized records, and assist with day-to-day public relations activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of public relations initiatives and outreach activities.
• Support the preparation of professional communications, presentations, announcements, and informational materials.
• Help coordinate meetings, events, community initiatives, and company activities.
• Maintain organized contact lists, communication records, schedules, and related documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, guests, and other external contacts.
• Assist with responding to inquiries and directing communications to the appropriate team members.
• Support internal teams with public-facing communications and brand-related projects.
• Help ensure company messaging remains professional, clear, and consistent.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks related to public relations operations.
