Central City Health in Detroit, MI is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our in-person care team. You will provide peer support services to clients experiencing mental illness, homelessness, or chronic health conditions, act as a role model, and help patients navigate housing, behavioral health, and primary care services. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a Michigan Peer Support Specialist Certification, and a valid Chauffeur's license; BLS/CPR is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Central City Health
