Physical Therapist – Travel Position – East Wareham, Massachusetts MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in East Wareham, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient’s condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
