Description

Wound Nurse - LPN

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center has an opportunity for an energetic, compassionate and dedicated full time Wound Nurse LPN to join our team.

As a Wound Nurse LPN, you will:

Assess and care for wounds
Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention
Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR

Qualifications

Qualifications for a Wound Nurse - LPN:

Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
Current CPR Certification
Certification as wound care nurse (preferred)
One year of LPN experience (preferred)
Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
