Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, you'll take ownership of core accounting operations, safeguard the integrity of financial reporting, and help the accounting function work smarter and more efficiently. As a hands-on, individual-contributor Accounting Manager, you'll oversee a broad range of accounting activities with a focus on accurate reporting and a smooth month-end close. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable; preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses; completing balance sheet reconciliations; and maintaining clear records and supporting documentation. You'll also oversee banking and cash management, prepare recurring financial reports, and serve as a trusted accounting resource for internal partners. Along the way, you'll have room to improve processes, simplify workflows, and establish additional standardization as needed. You may be a great fit if you're proactive, curious, and comfortable working autonomously while remaining collaborative and approachable. You communicate clearly, use sound judgment, and build strong relationships across departments.
