• Proven automotive Internet/BDC leadership experience
• A track record of improving lead conversion and appointment performance
• Strong coaching ability and the confidence to hold people accountable
• Deep CRM knowledge and process discipline
• Ability to read reports, identify problems, and take action
• Strong communication skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Urgency, organization, and a results-first mindset
